Phantom ML MIS Lumbar Surgical Tube Access Systems

Phantom ML™ Tubular Surgical Access System integrates this design concept and elevates the surgeon experience through color-coded tube selection approach, compatible, shadow-less cold LED illumination and articulating arm technology to fix access trajectory to the targeted disc or facet joint.

The MIS Tubular Access System is available in three different options: The Classic Flat-Bottom Tube Set (ML-2008), the Beveled Tube Set (ML-2018) and the more streamlined Essentials Set (ML-2007).

Beveled Tube

Beveled distal tubes configuration were thoughtfully designed to conform to the profile of the spine and provide maximum access through a smaller incision. Tube lengths range from 50mm to 120mm and feature four varieties of tube diameters to allow access to a range of spinal anatomy.

Instrument Holding Solutions

TSI’s Articulating Arm technology is used in combination with the Rotating Table Clamp to fix the tubular trajectory to the targeted disc or facet joint. Stability from this fixation arm setup allows the surgeon to maintain consistent visualization of the posterior vertebral arches and other relevant targeted anatomy.

Dual Light Ports

TSI’s illumination system delivers shadow-less, cold LED light through dual light ports for optimal visualization of the anatomy. Brightness can be adjusted on the light source to emit the appropriate amount of light required for visualization.
